The BRS Group provides comprehensive Freight Derivative services through its subsidiary, BRS Futures. BRS Futures acts as broker in principal-to-principal freight derivative contracts. The company offers a broking service in existing tried and tested contracts for freight swaps and options. The service includes execution of orders and arrangement for clearing of contracts at all of the clearing-houses handling freight derivatives. BRS Futures is a member of the Forward Freight Agreement Brokers Association (FFABA), and BRS itself is a panel-member contributor of market data co-ordinated and published by the London-based Baltic Exchange in its various freight market indices. BRS Futures is a business regulated by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority.
