Missions

To strengthen our team in Geneva, we are looking to recruit an experienced Handy / Supra / Ultra - Dry Bulk Shipbroker

Tasks:

  • Brokerage of Dry Bulk for Handy/Supra/Ultra sizes within Atlantic
  • Daily analysis of the market and calling clients within an already established network
  • Transacting chartering deals with dry bulk charterers and traders as well as ship owners / operators

Profile

Profile required:

  • Experienced broker with 3+ years’ experience as broker with good negotiating and numerical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Atlantic markets & Strong professional network in order to develop new business prospects
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language.
  • Excellent communicator with a proven ability to build & nurture relationships internally & externally
  • Out-going, culturally sensitive, open-minded, with a strong ability to adapt to new environments
  • Strong analytic skills, results oriented and rigorous, able to prioritize, work under pressure and respect deadlines
  • Flexible, reliable & very committed, good team player and able to work autonomously.
